Spinach and Baby Corn Soup
Ingredients
White stock (method given below)
15 – 20 leaves spinach torn into 4 pieces
6 piece baby corn (hopped into 3)
1 spring onion with greens finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients: White stock
1/2 cup dudhi
1 potato
1 onion
A small piece cabbage
3 cups water
Method
- Pressure cook the above ingredients, grind, sieve if needed.
Method
- In a pan heat the butter, add spring onions and garlic and sauté a little, add baby corn and stir for 2 minutes, then add spinach leaves and stir for 2 minutes more.
- Add the white stock and let it boil while stirring it throughout.
- Add salt and pepper.
