Pudina Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander – 50 grams
  • Pudina (Mint) – 25 grams
  • Dalia – 15 grams
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Ginger – 1/2 piece
  • Tamarind / Raw Mango / Lime – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and Jaggery to taste

Method

  • Wash and chop coriander, mint, green chillies, ginger.
  • Add rest of the ingredients.
  • Grind in the blender until fine.
  • Add little water if necessary.
