Pudina Chutney
Ingredients
- Coriander – 50 grams
- Pudina (Mint) – 25 grams
- Dalia – 15 grams
- Green Chillies – 2
- Ginger – 1/2 piece
- Tamarind / Raw Mango / Lime – 1/2 tsp
- Salt and Jaggery to taste
Method
- Wash and chop coriander, mint, green chillies, ginger.
- Add rest of the ingredients.
- Grind in the blender until fine.
- Add little water if necessary.
