Moong dal Chilla/Uttapam
Ingredients
- 1/2 (100gms) cup moong dal with chilka (soaked 4-5hrs)
- Green chili 1
- Ginger ½ inch pc
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
- In a mixture grind soaked moong dal without water with green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Make a paste.
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Pour the mix and spread like a dosa to your desired thickness, and grated paneer, chopped onion, and tomato.
- Let it cook on both sides till brown.
