Moong dal Chilla/Uttapam

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (100gms) cup moong dal with chilka (soaked 4-5hrs)
  • Green chili 1
  • Ginger ½ inch pc
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  • In a mixture grind soaked moong dal without water with green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • Make a paste.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • Pour the mix and spread like a dosa to your desired thickness, and grated paneer, chopped onion, and tomato.
  • Let it cook on both sides till brown.
